About the Seminar:
This is a full two-day seminar, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m., with a luncheon and two coffee breaks each day. Not only will you receive lectures — you will have an opportunity to participate in handling forty of the most recurring evidence problems in federal and Georgia courts. The faculty has prepared extensive scenario materials that develop these problems as the trial progresses. You will receive certain materials ahead of time so you can come prepared to participate. The seminar will include consideration of courtroom strategy and tactics.
