Heir Property consists of real property that has been passed through generations of owners without proper estate
planning. The result is title that is clouded and fragmented. The Heir Property In Georgia seminar will instruct
practitioners on providing low income landowners of heir property with the necessary tools to protect and
preserve their property from land loss and to generate wealth and economic value. The seminar will increase
the capacity of these practitioners to offer pro bono services in Georgia to address and remedy the problems
associated with heir property.
