Description:
Google Apps can help legal aid programs significantly reduce overhead costs associated with maintaining their IT infrastructure and free up IT staff to focus on value-added initiatives. At the same time, much of the legal aid community is struggling with the ethical and confidentiality implications of moving data to a cloud-based system like Google Apps. This online session looks at the experiences of early adopters, explores the debate over cloud computing, and tries to answer one deceptively simple question: Is Google Apps right for your program?
