The State Bar of Georgia General Practice and Trial Law Section hosting "Ask-a-Lawyer" day in 12 locations in Georgia on Thursday, May 20, 2010. The free advice clinic is aimed at providing help to low-income families and seniors. The General Practice and Trial Law Section is partnering with Georgia Legal Services to host the event. Clinics will be held in Albany, Augusta, Columbus, Dalton, Douglasville, Gainesville, Macon, Rome, Savannah, Waycross and Valdosta. The Volunteers will provide consultations in the areas of Consumer Law, Wills and Powers of Attorney, and Family Law.
