With its ability to immediately display any exhibit whenever it is needed, nonlinear trial presentation software has obvious potential for clearly and persuasively presenting a case. But nonlinear software can be burdensome if not approached correctly. While the best linear presentation software is available for free or cheap, nonlinear software is more complicated and expensive, with none of the many options standing out as a consistent best choice. This final session of the Litigation Technology Series will lay out what to consider when choosing trial presentation software and examine a few of the more promising options in depth.
