In addition to reduced donations from individual and corporate donors, now many nonprofits are facing reduced federal and state grant money. As a result, it is critical that nonprofits stay on top of their finances by asking the right questions and addressing these issues head on.

During this one hour webcast, John Mills will identify the questions nonprofits should be asking themselves when facing tough economic times and discuss the benefits of addressing these questions before a nonprofit must face a decision between bankruptcy and dissolution.
