Annual Pro Bono Awards and Reception scheduled for June Bar Meeting in Florida

Mark your calendars now for the State Bar’s 2010 Annual Meeting, June 17-20, at Amelia Island.
The annual State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Awards will be presented during the conference on Friday, June 18th. The annual Pro Bono Reception, honoring the memory of H. Sol Clark, the “father of legal aid in Georgia,” will be held at noon on Saturday, June 19th immediately following the Board of Governors Board Meeting.
In the conference exhibitors’ area, stop by the Pro Bono booth. This year, Sprint Communications and the Pro Bono Project will team up in the exhibitors’ area to offer pro bono information and the Bar Conference Internet Cafe. Stop by and register for Sprint prizes, including phones and wireless hubs-- and pick up a handful of the traditional pro bono Georgia peanut packets!
