ABA to hold hearing on lawyers' use of internet technology

The ABA Commission on Ethics is set to hold a public hearing in Chicago October 14, 2010 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on the two issues papers “Client Confidentiality and Lawyers’ Use of Technology” (Cloud Computing) and “Lawyers’ Use of Internet Based Client Development Tools” Those wishing to make a five-minute presentation should notify the committee contact no later than October 4, 2010.
