and digital inclusion.

City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Community Technology 4th
Annual Technology Summit
Wireless Opportunities for Municipal Government to Narrow
the Digital Divide:
Public, Private, and Community Partnership Solutions
- Public Policy
- Funding Options
- Wireless Solutions
The 2004 Tech Summit will address the role of emerging
wireless technology on the effort to bridge the digital
divide.
Experts recognize that wireless access to high speed data
will have a revolutionary impact on developing counties.
Can it have the same impact on low-income neighborhoods in
the U.S.?
How will wireless broadband affect healthcare, public
transportation, economic development, public safety,
and emergency management?
How can communities pay for the cost of infrastructure
development to support wireless access to high speed data?
Industry experts and community leaders will tackle these
issues at Tech Summit 2004, March 10-12, at the new Georgia
Tech Hotel and Conference Center, a state of the art
facility on the Georgia Tech Campus.
Every year, Tech Summit attracts hundreds of community
technology providers, educators, public officials, funding
agencies and corporations to stay abreast of our field.
Don't miss Tech Summit 2004. It promises to be the best one
yet.
