GLSP Staffer to Serve on Hurricane Relief Fund Board

Cathy Jackson, Augusta GLSP's Office Manager, has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund for Augusta-Richmond County. This will be a good opportunity to help meet the needs, to the extent that funds collected allow, of residents from Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana affected by the Hurricane.
First Bank of Augusta will oversee funding and they are in the process of obtaining a 501(c)(3).
