- Organization: State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project
Macon attorney Jane Jordan was presented with the Judy B. Davenport Pro Bono Partner Award at the Macon Bar Luncheon held on November 17, 2006. Jane is an extremely bright and effective trial lawyer. In addition to her professional achievements she is a well-respected member of her community. Perhaps, most importantly she is a dedicated and loving mother.
Jane handles pro bono cases for the elderly through the Macon Regional Office of Georgia Legal Services Program. In 2006, Jane handled more pro bono cases than any other attorney in Macon. Without Jane, many elderly people would go unrepresented.
Georgia Legal Services Program and the Macon Bar Association applaud Jane for her pro bono efforts by recognizing her with this award.
