Federal court to send $466K to Georgia Legal Services Program

Proceeds from a consumer class action litigated in the Middle District of Georgia have been awarded to Georgia Legal Services Program.

According to the June 27, 2011 edition of the Fulton County Daily Report, $466,000 of remaining funds in a class action settlement have been earmarked by US District Court Judge Clay D. Land for Georgia Legal Services.  The court order for disbursement of the funds has not been issued yet, according to the Daily Report.
