A Business Commitment (ABC) Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, in association with the CSRA Community Foundation, Inc. is sponsoring a free seminar on the legal pitfalls commonly encountered by not for profit organizations. Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a nationally recognized law firm with nine attorneys in Augusta, is our co-sponsor and will speak on the following topics:
- Corporate & Fiduciary Duties: Various corporate issues, including cutting edge changes to your by-laws & articles of incorporation to protect your organization, as well as what you must know about your fiduciary duties.
