GEORGIA CENTER FOR LAW IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST

SENIOR STAFF ATTORNEY

The Georgia Center for Law in the Public Interest in Atlanta, Georgia, is now accepting applications for Senior Staff Attorney. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for litigation and legal advocacy in state and federal court on a range of environmental issues including implementation of the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Endangered Species Act.

Qualifications: Candidate must be an attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience who possesses exceptional analytical, communication, and writing skills. An excellent candidate will have the ability and desire to act as lead attorney on CAA and CWA cases and engage in the full range of litigation activities. This position is ideal for an attorney who seeks to use his/her creative talents to make a difference and also places a high priority on quality of life issues.
