Terence Dicks, State Chair of the Georgia Clients Council, was elected Chair of the City of Augusta Human Relations Commission at its meeting on July 27, 2005. Dicks has served on the Commission for 8 years, including 3 terms as Vice-Chair. Dicks is widely-acknowledged for standing up for the rights of the powerless in his community and throughout Georgia.
