The Waycross Regional Office of Georgia Legal Services Program hosted an appreciation luncheon for its longterm volunteer lawyers on October 25, 2005. The Brunswick Office followed with a similar recognition luncheon on December 2nd in Brunswick.

At the luncheons, Pro Bono Coordinator Elouise Clinch and Managing Attorney Kathryn Hall presented award plaques and State Bar of Georgia certificates of appreciation to the volunteers who Clinch described as "the best of the best-- lawyers who understand the vital role they play in our community."

GLSP offices across the state work with volunteeer lawyers to help increase access to the courts for low-income Georgians.
