This seminar will cover the key provisions in the Georgia lien statutes and the ways that these statutes can be used to reduce the possibility of liens being filed on projects. Forms that comply with the Georgia statutes will be provided as examples to assist in this effort. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, this seminar will analyze the changes to Georgia's lien laws that take effect on March 31, 2009.
