Do you know the legal definition of unlawful harassment, discrimination and retaliation? These words are often used in our daily lives but they have specific meanings when it comes to Federal employment laws. Most non-profit organizations must comply with these Federal employment laws. By participating in this training, you will understand how your organization can comply with Federal discrimination and harassment laws.
- Learn the definitions of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Federal law;
- Gain an understanding of what actions are prohibited by Federal law; and
- Receive real life examples to assist you in making sure that your organization maintains a workplace free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
